Shipping Policy
ATTENTION:
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BID/BUY
If you have never hatched Call / Bantam duck eggs, please do your own research before you decide to buy because HATCHING CALL / BANTAM DUCK EGGS ARE HARDER THAN CHICKEN EGGS and THERE ARE NO REFUND / RETURN / REPLACE INCASE YOUR EGGS DO NOT DEVELOP (A ROUGH TRANSIT COULD KILL THE EMBRYOS) or DO NOT HATCH or LATE DELIVERED CAUSE THE EMBRYOS NOT VIABLE TO HATCH.
(Also feedback will not be used as a bargaining tool OR for extortion). I’m sorry if it sound means to you as I have many great customers but there are always a few bad ones in the world!
The pictures are from my breeding flock. Remember they're ducks. They like to play in water then go sit on the eggs so sometime their eggs might get a little dirty, so pls don't expect that all the eggs you receive will be spotless.

SHIPPING & GUARANTEE:

- The eggs will ship Priority Mail by USPS (ship to lower 46 state in US - Except CA,TX and some other area due to delay/slow shipping with USPS, If you're from CA/TX pls contact before place the order or your order might get cancel due to shipping issue).
- The eggs will be ship as soon as they become available (usually on a Monday or Tuesday and generally up to 5 business days after the order is placed unless it is a pre-order out of stock order). You will be notified of an expected ship date and it is not guaranteed. If you have a conflict with a certain day that you don’t want them to ship or arrive, please enter a note with your purchase and as I will not hold them and wait for a notice to ship. We will not ship in weather conditions or instances that might cause the embryos to not be viable.
- I guaranteed the eggs will be fresh (no older than 3 days will ship) and SHIP TO YOU WITH INSURANCE -- In case you received the damaged eggs then YOU CAN FILE THE CLAIM FOR YOUR MONEY BACK WITH USPS (DUE TO USPS POLICY YOU MUST FILE YOUR OWN CLAIM.
- I DO NOT GUARANTEED FERTILITY / YOUR HATCH RATE AS THE EMBYOS ARE VERY SENSITIVE because of the condition of shipping. I have no control over the handling during transit or your hatching experience. Not all customers will have a great hatch SINCE sometime the embryos don’t make it through a rough trip and cause them to not be viable AND if the embryos die then there will be nothing to develop and it doesn't mean the eggs weren't fertile. PURCHASING HATCHING EGGS ALWAYS HAS RISKS. IF YOU CAN’T ACCEPT THE RISK then PLS ORDER CHICKS, DUCKLINGS, OR LIVE BIRDS.
- I DO NOT REPLACE THE EGGS or REFUND ANY MONEY incase THE EGGS HAVE BROKEN AIR SACS, DO NOT DEVELOP OR DO NOT HATCH (Including low hatch or 0% hatch) or USPS TAKES TOO LONG TO DELIVERY THE EGGS TO YOU.
- I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR ANY REASON IF EGGS DO NOT HATCH. I CAN NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPED EGGS WILL HATCH.
I do not wash the eggs. I do lightly spray with a natural disinfecting solution. I leave the rest up to the buyer. I have had a very high hatch rate. I do not sell the eggs until fertilization is confirmed to over 85%. I can’t guarantee the hatch rate because of the things I can’t control after the eggs leave my possession, but take great care and extra expense to package with ample padding and foam.
THERE WILL BE NO DRAMA OVER THE EGGS. IF YOU DON’T ACCEPT THE RISKS LIST ABOVE, PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS.
Please communicate. I totally understand about emergencies, however, hatching eggs are live embryos and any delays can cause them not to be viable so we adhere to strict shipping guidelines for your hatching success.
